Brushing down the slopes, hitting the half-pipe with a triple-flip and more airtime than a jet, coasting it back down through the powder. And then you head up and do it all again. That’s what snowboarding’s about, for us anyway, and we damn well love it. We love powder in our faces, sun on our backs, that feeling when you line up the jump or spin or whatever just perfectly. We also love Dubuque and its boarding terrain, from Chestnut Mountain’s slopes to the terrain parks of Sundown. Dubuque has a nice feel to it, just a little raw on the edges, and that’s why we head back there time and time again.

We started this blog because we love to board (as if that weren’t clear enough already). You’ll find anything and everything snowboarding here: tips, tricks, demo vids, it’ll all be on show to all the world. We’ll be writing about what we and others have been up to on the slopes, and sometimes we’ll review the odd product if we think it’s worth sharing around.

But who’s to say we know it all? We’d be the first to admit we don’t know everything about the wonderful world of snowboarding – we’ve stacked it enough times to get that through our heads – and if you think you’ve got better…prove it. Send in your best pics, vids, whatever, or just drop us a comment sometime and share the good stuff around. Because at the end of the day, there’s no point in recording how awesome you are if no-one gets to see it.
